Sallah: Ondo Assembly Speaker felicitates Muslims, urges moderate celebration

The Speaker, Ondo State House of Assembly, Oladiji Olamide Adesanmi has congratulated Muslim faithful on the celebration of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.

Oladiji, in a message on Sunday, urged Muslim faithful to continue to leave in harmony with other religious faith.

He stressed the need for ceaseless prayers for the sustenance of the relative peace across the country.

The Speaker equally called for prayers for the leadership of the country, requesting Allah to grant them the wisdom, knowledge and understanding to lead the nation aright.

Oladiji who noted the current economic challenges, called on Muslim faithful to remember to share with the needy, in their celebration, in line with the Islamic doctrine, as dictated by the Eid-el-kabir.

While calling for maximum resilience in view of the current economic situation, Oladiji called for moderate celebration in tune with the reality of the time.
