The National Vice Chairman, South-West, of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. D.I. Kekemeke, has condoled with the family, friends, associates of the Secretary to the Ondo State Government, Mr Tayo Oluwatuyi, who died on Saturday.
Thefrontrank reports that Oluwatuyi, fondly called “Tukana”, died as a result the injury he sustained in a lone car accident along Ife-Ibadan Expressway on December 15, 2014.
In a statement on Sunday in Akure, Kekemeke described the death of Oluwatuyi “as tragic and a rude shock.”
The Pioneer Chairman of the National Examination Council (NECO) described the SSG as a complete gentleman, a dutiful and a loyal party man whose impact would be solely missed.
Kekemeke, a former secretary to Ondo state government, commiserated with the Governor Lucky Ayedatiwa and the state government.
“The loss of ‘Tuykana’ has no doubt left a huge vacuum in the political landscape of Akure and indeed the present government of Ondo State” Kekemeke stated.
He prayed that God grants him eternal rest, and the family, friends, the government of Ondo State and APC the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
