The Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission(NERC) has advised electricity consumers to visit the website of their Electricity Distribution Company(DisCo) to ascertain their Band.
This is contained in a post titled “Revised Electricity Tariff: What you should do” on the Commission’s verify X handle(formerly Twitter) on Sunday.
NERC explained that customers have an obligation to know their Band, monitor the quality Service, and Report quality of service delivery and Overcharged to the commission.
