The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has sealed a fast food restaurant owned by Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chiefpriest, Donaldโ€™s Fast Food, located on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1, due to persistent noise pollution and other environmental violations.
