Ogun State raked in the sum of N146.88 billion as internally generated revenue (IGR) in 2023 compared to N142.95 billion generated by all the five South-East States combined in the same period.
According to figures released by the National Bureau of Statistics(NBS), the breakdown is as follows:
South-East States
- Enugu: N33.86bn
- Anambra: N33.46bn
- Ebonyi: N30.84bn
- Abia: N23.73bn
- Imo: N21.05bn
South-East IGR: N142.95bn
Ogun state IGR: N146.88bn
