The Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has sacked two of his media aides.
A statement by Aiyedatiwa’s Chief Press Secretary, Ebenezer Adeniyan, on Tuesday, said the sack was with immediate effect.
The affected aides are Ewatomilola Emiola, Senior Special Assistant on Research and Documentation; and Kikelomo Isijola, Special Assistant on Digital Media.
According to the statement, the affected aides are to hand over government property in their possession to the office of the Chief of Staff to the Governor.
The statement said Aiyedatiwa expressed gratitude for their contributions to his administration and extended his best wishes for their future endeavours.
