Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has re-appointed Akogun Adetunji Adeleye as the Commander of the Ondo State Security Network Agency codenamed Amotekun Corps.
According to a statement by the Chief Press to the Governor, Ebenezer Adeniyan on Wednesday, the appointment takes effect from May 21, 2024.
Aiyedatiwa acknowledged the impressive performance of the agency under the leadership of Adeleye in the last four years.
The governor called for continued collaboration between Amotekun Corps and other security agencies, charging the Commander to remain steadfast and more dedicated to the protection of lives and property in the State.
