The Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, on Wednesday forwarded to the state House of Assembly the names of 12 new Commissioner-nominees for confirmation.
This is contained in a statement signed by Ebenezer Adeniyan, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor.
The statement said a letter containing the list of the nominees was addressed to the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Olamide Oladiji, signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Tayo Oluwatuyi.
The nominees are:
- Pastor Segun Ayerin
- Mr. Olaolu Akindolire
- Alhaji Hamidu Takuro
- Dr. Banji Ajaka
- Mr. Boye Ologbese
- Mr. Sunday Akinwalere
- Deaconess Lola Fagbemi
- Mr. Saka Yusuf Ogunleye
- Mr. Rasheed Badmus
- Mr. Olayato Aribo
- Mr. Adewale Akinlosotu
- Barr. Gbenga Olaniyi
The statement said the governor urged the Assembly to give speedy consideration to the confirmation of the nominees.
