Aiyedatiwa extols Chief Michael Ade Ojo at 86

Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State has congratulated elder statesman and foremost industrialist, Chief Michael Ade Ojo, on the occasion of his 86th birthday.

Aiyedatiwa, in a statement by his Spokesperson, Ebenezer Adeniyan, celebrated the renowned businessman who is the founder of Elizade Nigeria Limited, Toyota Nigeria Limited and Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin.

The statement read in parts: “The Governor of Ondo State, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, celebrates elder statesman, industrialist and one of Africa’s most enterprising business moguls, Chief Michael Ade Ojo, on his 86th birthday.

“Born on June 14, 1938, in Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, Chief Ade Ojo is the founder of Elizade Nigeria Limited, Toyota Nigeria Limited and Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, one of the fastest-growing private universities in Nigeria.

“Governor Aiyedatiwa says Chief Ade Ojo has, through his philanthropic activities, impacted many lives and remains one of the best gifts from Ondo State to the rest of the world.”

Aiyedatiwa, while congratulating the illustrious community leader on attaining such feat in good health and active service to the society, appreciated him for his selflessness and contributions to the development of the State and Nigeria at large.

He thanked God for the meaningful and impactful life of Chief Ade Ojo, praying that God will continue to grant him many more years in good health.
