Former Sketch news Editor Olusakin Babalola dies at 73

A former news Editor of the defunct Sketch newspaper, Mr Olusakin Babalola, is dead.

He was aged 73.

Babalola, an indigene of Ipetumodu in Ife North Local Government Area of Osun State, died in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital on Wednesday.

Babalola was once the Editor of Oodua News newspaper.

The deceased had worked with some national dailies, such as Newswatch Daily, Leadership newspaper and Legit.com, an online news platform.

Babalola, until his demise, was the publisher of Spheres News Online.
