Gunmen have reportedly abducted the newly elected President of the National Association of Nigerian Students(NANS), Atiku Abubakar Issa.
Thefrontrank gathered that Issa was kidnapped Tuesday afternoon at Area 11, close to NTA Junction in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory(FCT).
Competent source told Thefrontrank that the NANS President was returning from the Force Criminal Investigation Department(FCID), Area 10, Abuja, where he went to submit a petition on threat to life when he abducted.
Issa, a student of the Abubakar Audu University, Ayingba, Kogi State, was elected as President of NANS on February 27, 2025.
