Lagos State University (LASU) has announced that the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has disbursed student loans for students whose applications were successful.
LASU, in a tweet on Sunday, disclosed that the funds will be credited directly into students’ school fees accounts.
It also revealed that students who applied for loans are to check their loan statuses by inserting their matriculation numbers in the column provided through this link: https://lasu.edu.ng/nelfund.
“If your status appears as successful, please note that the Directorate of ICT has credited your school fees account directly with the NELFUND loan fund, and you can proceed to register for your first semester courses for the 2024/2025 academic session,” LASU added.
“You will also be able to print your school fees receipts from your registration portal accordingly.”
The university also noted that students should send an email to director.interventions@lasu.edu.ng if they had any questions or concerns about their loan application or how to apply for NELFUND.
It also added that if students have concerns about their school fees payment, they should send an email to director.ict@lasu.edu.ng.
