Iran’s supreme leader condemns ‘short-sighted’ Israeli policy after Lebanon strikes
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei condemned what he referred to as Israel’s “short-sighted” policies following the strikes on Lebanon that Israel claimed resulted in the death of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.
“The massacre of the defenceless people in Lebanon once again revealed the ferocity of the Zionist rabid dog to everyone and proved the short-sighted and stupid policy of the leaders of the usurping regime,” Khamenei stated, without confirming Nasrallah’s fate, which has not been verified by the group.
